The All India Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSEE) is held annually by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to select candidates for Sainik Schools in India. Exam Pattern:
Candidates preparing for the AISSEE Exam must have detailed knowledge of the Exam Pattern and Syllabus. The AISSEE Exam is conducted in one shift, for class 6th, four major subjects are covered: Mathematics, General Knowledge, Language, and Intelligence & for class 9th, five major subjects are covered: Mathematics, General Science, Social Science, Intelligence, and English.

There is no negative marking. A candidate is eligible for admission to the Sainik Schools if he/she secure a minimum of 25% marks in each subject of the exam and 40% marks in the aggregate of all the subjects of AISSEE. Time is allotted 2:30 Hrs for the Exam.
