Selection Process
Written Exam (Stage 1): There is only one online test that contains 150 questions, each of 1 mark, and subjects include General English, General Intelligence, Clinical Specialties, and Basic Nursing.
Interview (Stage 2): After passing the written exam for MNS, you will receive a call for an interview, which is the next step in the selection process. Generally, the interviews are conducted at the Base Hospital in Delhi Cantonment during September. Typically, three times the number of available positions are invited for the interview based on their merit.
The interview questions usually focus on personal and family details, strengths and weaknesses, life goals, and reasons for wanting to join MNS. Occasionally, the questions may become challenging, especially when assessing the candidate’s attitude and commitment to the profession.
Medical Test (Stage 3): Candidates who complete the interview stage will be invited for medical verification. To be considered successful in the interview, candidates must achieve a score of 50% or above. Additionally, candidates will be required to remain at the venue, specifically the hospital, until the medical examination is finished and the results are announced.
