CBSE Class 10 Result 2025: How to calculate percentage?
To calculate the percentage of CBSE 10th results 2025, students have to add their marks in the five subjects (their best five marks) and divide the total by 6. For example, a student secures the following marks in his/her six main subjects:
Example:
Subject 1: 87
Subject 2: 91
Subject 3: 76
Subject 4: 93
Subject 5: 90
Subject 6: 82
✅ Step 1: Calculate Total Marks
Add marks of the best 5 subjects: 87+91+76+93+90 + 82 = 519
✅ Step 2: Divide by 6
Percentage = Total Marks / 6
519 ÷ 6 = 86.5%
