On May 31, 2025, the Indian Naval Academy (INA) in Ezhimala, Kerala, celebrated a tremendous milestone through web hosting the Passing Out Parade (POP) for the Spring Term. For 186 trainees, including Midshipmen from the 107th and 108th Indian Naval Academy Courses and cadets from the thirty-eighth, 39th, fortieth, and 41st Naval Orientation Courses (NOC), this event represented the quit of their extensive training, which provided each with ordinary and extended packages. Notably, cadets from 4 friendly foreign nations have been additionally part of the batch, demonstrating INA’s willingness to international maritime cooperation.

Vice Admiral V Srinivas, the flag officer who commands the Southern Naval Command, underwent the parade, appreciated the trainees for their flawless vote and disciplined exercises. The event was performed by other high-ranking officials and prestigious guests, including the commander, Vice Admiral Cr Praveen Nair from the INA.

Commencement of Naval Careers
After the parade, honorary members formally sent the stripes to the shoulders of the new Commission’s officers, marking the official start of their marine career. These officers will now continue to various naval vessels and companies for further professional training and expertise.
